7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied:

  • You may return unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items that are personalised, sealed, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
