Delivery Terms
1. Overview
MiR Commune Shop ships worldwide from our fulfilment centre in Goa, India. All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, and we aim to make your delivery experience seamless and transparent.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- Domestic (India) — all states and union territories via our courier partners.
- International — most countries worldwide. Availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain locations where service is not available or is otherwise impractical.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-business days are processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Domestic — Standard: 4–7 business days
- Domestic — Express: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for select pincodes)
- International — Standard: 10–21 business days depending on destination
- International — Express: 5–10 business days depending on destination
Timeframes are estimates only. MiR Commune Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health events, or strikes).
5. Shipping Costs
- Free domestic shipping on orders over ₹2,000.
- Domestic orders below ₹2,000: flat rate of ₹99.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country.
Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable to international orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient. MiR Commune Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can also track your order by contacting us with your order number.
7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails:
- A delivery card or notification will typically be left at the address.
- The parcel may be held at a local depot for collection for a limited period (typically 5–7 days).
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your expense.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local delivery depot before contacting us. If the issue persists, reach out within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the courier.
9. Pre-orders and Back-orders
Some products may be available for pre-order or placed as back-orders. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated estimate, we will notify you by email.
